1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Bell's Transition Solutions LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided via text, phone, or online forms are non-binding estimates based on the volume information provided by the customer. Final binding pricing is confirmed on-site before loading begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days.

3. Unaccepted Materials

For environmental and regulatory compliance under Indiana law, Bell's Transition Solutions cannot haul liquid hazardous waste, liquid paint, chemicals, friable asbestos, medical waste, or radioactive materials.

4. Ownership of Items Removed

The customer warrants that they hold legal title or authority to dispose of all items designated for removal. Once loaded onto our vehicles, ownership of items transfers to Bell's Transition Solutions for donation, recycling, or disposal.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hamilton County, Indiana.
